1) Why can I not see any prices on the products displayed on CMS Store?
You are currently looking at our Public site – this site is available to everyone for browsing and reviewing product information. As CMS Peripherals sell only to trade partners, you will need to login or register to receive access to our secure sites in order to purchase or view product prices.
 
2) What is the delivery process for CMS Store?
All trade partners with purchasing rights can place orders once registered on the site. Orders placed for in stock items will be dispatched on a Standard Delivery if the order is received by 4:30pm for Ireland orders or 5pm for UK orders, Monday to Friday. This will be a Next Day delivery service to mainland UK and a 2 Day delivery service to Offshore UK and Ireland (a next day service is available to Ireland at an additional charge).
 
For orders which contain products that are not currently in stock, the option to hold the order or part ship the in stock items may be selected. Each separate delivery may however incur additional charges. Full delivery options will be presented to you when placing an order.

Please note - delivery charges are for Mainland UK and Ireland only, different costs may be calculated for offshore UK and other locations.

3) Will my customers see any prices when orders are delivered straight to them?
Any invoices or documents with prices will only ever be sent to your INVOICE address. Your customers will receive a delivery note with the description of the goods - no prices are displayed.

4) What can I do if I am a Non-Trade User?
All visitors are invited to search CMS Peripherals for product information. If you find any products that you would like to order, please place them in the quotation basket. CMS Peripherals will then contact an appropriate reseller, based on your location, who will be asked to provide you with prices and availability for all the products requested.
 
5) Can I search by Manufacturers part code?
Yes, Quick search allows you to search by the Manufacturer part code. Once you are given access and login to the Secure site (for resellers and retailers), you will also be able to search by the CMS product code. 
 
6) I can not find the product I’m looking for?
CMS Peripherals offers over 4,000 individual products, if however you cannot find your chosen product, please email us at web@cmsperipherals.com and we will be pleased to assist.
 
7) How can I provide you feedback on my experience?
