2 What personal information do we collect and use?
Public Areas
2.1 If you’re merely visiting the public area of the Website, we do not collect any personal information about you.
Registered Users, Request-For-Quote, Subscribers and Contact Forms
2.2 If you choose to become a registered user of the Website, order goods through the CMS Store, fill out a Request-For-Quote, subscribe to any of our newsletters or fill out a contact form (together (“Registered User”), we will collect and hold information about you which you voluntarily share with us when you apply to become a Registered User. The personal information collected by us will include your full name, user name, company, password, (e-mail) address, postal address, country and phone numbers, but may also include additional information necessary to provide you with the service you request, for example your credit card details, VAT registration number or other information about yourself, your preferences or your experiences that you voluntarily share with us. Subject to the consents you may provide when you apply to become a Registered User, we may share this personal information with our network of trade customers and vendor partners, who are trusted third party business partners.
2.3 We may from time to time enter Registered Users into prize draws or other promotions operated by us. If you do not wish to participate in such draws and/or promotions then please email us to let us know.

2.10 If you submit a Request-For-Quote your contact details and other personal data may be disclosed to our network of trade customers and vendor partners in order to allow them to provide you with the quotes you have requested. If you do not wish your personal data to be disclosed to resellers in this way the please do not use the Request-For-Quote service.

3.1 By accepting the Terms or by using the services on the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data by us for the purposes outlined above and for any other purpose which is reasonably necessary for the provision or proper administration of the Website service in accordance with the Terms.
