aim to provide “best in class” support to our
customers.
Customer Services are here to help with non technical questions
such as checking where your order is, tracking shipments (including
Proof Of Deliveries), providing copies of invoices or credit
notes, delivery discrepancies and initial point of contact
for all product returns and/or warranty issues.
